Customer Care

Beauty Boxes aim to offer excellent levels of customer service. We have a seamless design, creation and delivery system for our beauty products. Plus, we constantly ask our customers’ opinion and monitor staff performance to see how we can improve further. Beauty Boxes want you to be completely satisfied with your beauty products. Our returns policy makes the process simple.

Returns policy

Refunds and exchange procedure

For beauty products' refunds and exchanges, please email support@beauty-boxes.com (within 30 days of the date of your order delivery). It is important to note:

  • Beauty products must be returned in the same condition you received them with all labels and original packaging.
  • Once we receive the returned beauty products, we will check thoroughly to make sure they are unused.
  • It may take 10 - 14 days to refund your purchase from the date your items arrive to us (or the supplier).
  • We will not refund any additional charges for delivery.
  • Please remember to include your full contact details and address.
  • We can only refund to the original card (or bank account) used to make the original beauty products purchase. We never refund an order placed with us to a different card or bank account.

Returns procedure

If you have any other reason to return our beauty products, please email support@beauty-boxes.com with:

  • Your email address.
  • Your order number or eBay Listing Number (if appropriate).
  • A brief description of the issue in your email.
  • Proof of purchase to verify your order.

One of our agents will then promptly research your request within 48 hours and give you a returns address. Please note:

  • If you want us to arrange to collect a returned beauty product, there will be a charge of £15 but you are able to return the goods yourself via the Post Office, if it is more convenient.
  • Items must be returned in the same condition you received them with proof of purchase, all labels and original packaging.
  • Once we receive the returned beauty products, we will check thoroughly to make sure they are unused.
  • It may take 10 - 14 days to refund your purchase from the date your items arrive to us (or the supplier).
  • Beauty products cannot be returned to a store, as we do not have any High Street retail outlets.

Damaged goods

Please email support@beauty-boxes.com within 7 days if you find a fault or defect with any beauty product you have received. Once returned to us, we will either exchange the item or refund your purchase accordingly.

 

Delivery information

Free UK delivery

All UK delivery is free apart from the following areas:

  • Scottish highlands - £5.00 (+ VAT)
  • Ireland and Northern Ireland - £5.00  (+ VAT)
  • Channel Islands - £10.00 (+ VAT)
  • Isle of Man and Shetland Islands - £16.00 (+ VAT)

Delivery times
For orders received before 2pm we aim to dispatch the same day on a next business day delivery service. Otherwise, we aim to deliver within 2-3 working days. Our delivery company will send you an SMS message which will contain a delivery date and contact number. So it's easy to get in touch if you need to rearrange delivery.

Delivery costs outside UK

We are happy to ship worldwide. If your country is not catered for then please email support@beauty-boxes.com for shipping costs to your preferred destination.

Checking your product when delivered

Goods should be signed for as unchecked unless the delivery driver is prepared to wait until you have checked your order.

 

Out of stock items

If your beauty product is not in stock, we can back order for you. The delay to dispatch will generally not be longer than 3 weeks, but there are sometimes unavoidable exceptions. We will always offer you the option to cancel your order and refund your money if you would rather not wait.

 

Different delivery and billing address

For your security, Beauty Boxes' orders made with credit/debit cards will only be sent to the cardholder's registered address. However we can send your product to a different delivery address using the following payment methods:

  • Google Checkout payments: Google Checkout allows you to choose a different delivery/shipping address to your billing address.
  • PayPal payments: PayPal allows you to choose a different delivery/shipping address to your billing address.

Beauty Boxes packaging

All Beauty-Box.com products are delivered, checked and carefully packed by hand using the strongest materials. We are committed to ensuring that your items arrive quickly and safely. Most of our products are also bubble-wrapped and doubled-boxed for increased protection whilst in transit.

Payment methods

Credit/debit card payments

Beauty boxes accepts payments by Visa, MasterCard, Maestro, Visa Debit, and Visa Electron.

For your security, orders made by credit or debit card can only be delivered to the cardholders' invoice address.

If you are shopping from outside the United Kingdom, your credit card company will convert the transaction to your own currency on your regular statement.

3-D Secure (MasterCard SecureCode and Verified by Visa)

3D Secure works on the same principle as Chip & PIN for your online purchases. Developed by Visa and MasterCard it has rapidly become a widely accepted standard. Once you have enrolled you'll have the added confidence knowing that MasterCard SecureCode® or Verified by Visa® performs extra authentication to protect your account from unauthorised users online.

If your card issuer is part of the scheme, and you have not yet registered you will be prompted to register whilst using our payment system. A secured screen will appear during checkout and you'll be asked to follow the simple and safe registration process. This communication is secure and is between you and your card issuer, your information is never shared with the merchant. Once you have enrolled and chosen your personal secure code with your card issuer you will never have to register your card again.

Google checkout payments

When placing a Beauty Boxes order, you can register with Google Checkout when you go to pay. Google Checkout's protection policy covers you against unauthorised purchases made through Google Checkout. Your purchase history or full card number isn't shared with sellers. Orders made using Google Checkout can be delivered to a different address to the cardholders' billing address.

PayPal payments

Shop securely online (without sharing your financial details) with PayPal using your debit card, credit card or bank account. Pay in just a few clicks. You can register with this service during checkout when purchasing products on the Beauty Boxes website.

Payments types not accepted

We do not accept payment by cheques, cash or postal orders.

All our Beauty Boxes' prices include VAT unless otherwise stated.
