We accept orders from the UK and overseas with the following forms of payment via our secure checkout site:

• Google Checkout – Can ship to different address than invoice address
• PayPal – Can ship to different address than invoice address
• Beauty boxes accepts payments by Visa, MasterCard, Maestro, Visa Debit, and Visa Electron – Ship onto invoice address only
• We do not accept payment by cheques, cash or postal prders

17.5% VAT is included in our prices unless stated otherwise. A VAT receipt is dispatched with your item.

All UK delivery is free (including Northern Ireland), apart from the following areas:

• Scottish highlands - £5.00 (+ VAT)
• Northern Ireland - £5.00 (+ VAT)
• Channel Islands - £10.00 (+ VAT)
• Isle of Man/Isle of Wight and Shetland Islands - £16.00 (+ VAT)

£12.00 (+ VAT) - Czech Republic, Denmark, Italy, Poland, Spain (delivery in 4-9 working days)

£17.00 (+ VAT) - Estonia, Hungary, Portugal, Slovakia, Slovenia, Sweden (delivery in 5-9 working days)

£20.00 (+ VAT) - Bulgaria, Finland, Latvia, Lithuania, Romania (delivery in 7-9 working days)

£39.00 (+ VAT) - Cyprus, Greece, Malta (delivery in 7-9 working days)

For your security, Beauty Boxes' orders made with credit/debit cards will only be sent to the cardholder's registered address. However we can send your product to a different delivery address using the following payment methods:

• Google Checkout payments: Google Checkout allows you to choose a different delivery/shipping address to your billing address.
• PayPal payments: PayPal allows you to choose a different delivery/shipping address to your billing address.

Please contact support@beauty-boxes.com and we will be happy to help. Please describe the error you are receiving and one of our agents will contact you within the same working day.

All our Beauty Boxes and cosmetic cases are delivered, checked and packed by hand using the strongest materials, helping your items arrive quickly and safely. (Most products are sent bubble-wrapped and doubled-boxed).

• Our dispatch agent DPD normally arranges delivery on a 24-hour next business day delivery service.
• You will be sent an SMS message which will contain a delivery date and contact number. So it's easy to get in touch if you need to rearrange delivery.
• Orders placed before 2pm will be dispatched same day. Please allow an additional day if your item has not arrived as expected as sometimes we experience delays due to high volumes.
• Back Orders: If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.

Goods should be signed for as unchecked unless the delivery driver is prepared to wait until you have checked your order.
