Do prices include VAT?
20% VAT is included in our prices unless stated otherwise.

Can I ship to a different address from my credit/debit card?
Yes, you may select a different address but you will have to enter this information via your Amazon Account on the relevant page.

I am having problems completing my order, what should I do?
Please contact support@beauty-boxes.com or telephone 01892 552692 and we will be happy to help. Please describe the error you are receiving and one of our agents will contact you within the same working day (Mon – Fri only).

How are your products packed for delivery?
All our Beauty Boxes and cosmetic cases are delivered, checked and packed by hand using the strongest materials, helping your items arrive quickly and safely. (Most products are sent bubble-wrapped and doubled-boxed).

When will I receive my purchase?
Our dispatch agent DPD normally arranges delivery on a 24-hour next business day delivery service.
On the day of delivery you will be sent an email which will contain a delivery time and contact details. So it's easy to get in touch with DPD if you need to rearrange the delivery.
Orders placed before 2pm will be dispatched same day. Please allow an additional day if your item has not arrived as expected as sometimes we experience delays due to high volumes.

Do you only ship within the UK?
We ship our cosmetic cases, beauty boxes and beauty accessories outside the UK, please see our Delivery and Returns page.

Who should I contact if you have not received my order?
Please email support@beauty-boxes.com with your order number, and one of our agents will get back to you within 48-72 hours. If your query is urgent please ring us on +44 (0)1892 552692 (Lines open 8.30am-5.30pm Monday to Friday).

Should I check my order upon delivery?
Goods should be signed for as unchecked unless the delivery driver is prepared to wait until you have checked your order.

Do you have a return, refund or exchange policy?

What type of products do Beauty Boxes sell?
We sell brand new beauty boxes, beauty trolleys, cosmetic bags, vanity boxes, makeup brushes and brush sets and other beauty accessories.

Who buys Beauty Box products?
Beauty professionals, beauty students, hairdressers, chic travellers and more use our beauty boxes and cosmetic cases. They also make great storage cases for home use and/or beauty gifts.

Does Beauty Boxes have a celebrity clientele?
Our products are used by some of the world's top celebrity make-up artists like Lubna Rafiq (trained by Depilex Salons, and now a Senior MAC Pro). Lubna has teamed up with Beauty Boxes to create 'The Lubna Professional Beauty Case Collection'. Many top makeup artists who have A-list clients are owners of our Beauty Boxes and Cases and they love our professional makeup brushes too; you can find quotes from them on some of our product pages.

Do your beauty and cosmetic cases come with a guarantee?
All of our products come with a 12 month manufacturing warranty. They also come with a 30-day no quibble guarantee for exchanges or refunds (providing the goods are in original packaging). Please see our Delivery and Returns page for further information.
