What type of products are sold at Beauty-Boxes ?
We sell brand new beauty boxes, bags and accessories. Our boxes are designed to carry makeup cosmetics, beauty and nail products, hairdressing equipment etc but we have heard from customers who have used them for all sorts of different things like needlework and hobby equipment, for jewelry and accessories, as a first aid box, an art box and even a tool box.

What is the condition of the products sold at your store?
All products are brand new.

Do products come with a guarantee?
We guarantee your satisfaction. All of our products come with a 30 day no quibble guarantee.


Payment & Checkout

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept the following forms of payment via our secure checkout site:

* Google Checkout – Can ship to different address that Billing address
* PayPal – Can ship to different address that Billing address
* MasterCard, Visa, American Express, Delta, Solo, Maestro, and Visa Electron – Ship onto Billing address only
* We do not accept payment by cheques, cash or Postal Orders.


Do you accept orders / payments from overseas?
If you are shopping from outside the United Kingdom, place your order and your credit card company will convert the transaction to UK Pounds or your own currency.

What are your shipping costs outside the UK Mainland?

Can I ship to an address different from my credit/debit card address?

* Credit card Payments - For your security, orders will only be sent to the credit/debit card holder's registered address.
* Google Checkout payments – Google Checkout allows you to choose a different delivery / shipping address to your billing address.
* PayPal payments – PayPal allows you to choose a different delivery / shipping address to your billing address.


I am unable to complete checkout, what should I do?
Please contact us at support@beauty-boxes.com please describe the error you are receiving and one of our agents will help you within the same working day.

Do prices include VAT and shipping?
17.5% VAT is included in our prices unless stated otherwise.

Do you charge VAT and will I get a VAT receipt?
17.5% VAT is included in the selling price. A VAT receipt is dispatched with your item.


Shipping & Delivery

Who pays for postage?
The buyer pays all postage costs.

How much do you charge for postage?
For shipping within the UK mainland, any order £69.99 or under is charged at £5.99; This includes VAT.
Any orders within the UK mainland, over £70 are shipped free of charge as long as they are placed at the same time to the same delivery address.

How are your products packed for delivery?
All Beauty-Box.com products are delivered, checked and packed by hand using the strongest materials. We are committed to ensuring that your items arrive quickly and safely. Most of our products are also bubble-wrapped and doubled-boxed for increased protection whilst in transit.

When will I expect to receive my purchase?
Delivery is normally arranged by Parcelforce on a 24 hour next business day delivery service.
Orders placed before 2pm will be dispatched same day. Please allow an additional day if your item has not arrived on the expected day as sometimes we experience delays due to high volumes.
Back Orders: If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.

Do you only ship within the UK?
Our end user sales via eBay are offered outside the UK. For delivery to countries which are not listed, please email us at support@beauty-boxes.com.

Can I ship to an address different from my credit/debit card address?
For your security, orders will only be sent to the credit/debit card holder's registered address.

I have not received my order yet, who should I contact?

Returns Policy

Your satisfaction is our top priority. We do our best to ensure you are completely satisfied.

What happens if I want a refund?
We will only refund orders that are returned within 30 days from the date of delivery of your order, however we will not refund any additional charges for delivery.

Items must be returned in the same condition you received them with all labels and original packaging. Once the goods have arrived back to us, they will be checked thoroughly to ensure they have not been used. It may take 10 - 14 days to refund your purchase from the date your items arrive to us or the supplier.

We can only refund the original card details, or bank account used to make the purchase. We will never refund an order placed with us to a different card number or bank account number.


What happens if I want to exchange my goods?
If you are not satisfied with a product and you find it is not suitable for your needs, you must contact us at support@beauty-boxes.com and return the item within 30 days from the date you receive the order for a prompt exchange.

Items must be returned in the same condition you received them with all labels and original packaging. Once the goods have arrived back to us, they will be checked thoroughly to ensure they have not been used. It may take 10 - 14 days to exchange your purchase from the date your items arrive in our warehouse or the supplier.

What happens if my goods are damaged on delivery?
We must be notified within 7 days if you find a fault or defect with an item you have received. Once returned to us, we will either exchange the item or refund your purchase accordingly.

What happens if I want to return my goods?
Please notify us before returning your goods to support@beauty-boxes.com and include your email address, eBay Listing Number and/or order number, and a brief description of the damage/problem in your inquiry so one of our agents can promptly research your request with in 48 hours.

We will need proof of your purchase, e.g. an order number or address details to verify your order on our system.

We will then inform you what address you have to send it back to. If you want us to arrange to pick up an item to be returned, there maybe a charge of £10 - £20 depending on the size and weight of an item.

Once the goods have arrived back to our warehouse, they will be checked thoroughly to ensure they have not been used. It may take 10 - 14 days to refund or exchange your purchase from the date your items arrive to us or the supplier.
