All Beauty-Box.com products are delivered, checked and packed by hand using the strongest materials. We are committed to ensuring that your items arrive quickly and safely. Most of our products are also bubble-wrapped and doubled-boxed for increased protection whilst in transit.
When can I expect to receive my purchase?
For orders received before 2pm we aim to dispatch the same day on a next business day delivery service. Otherwise, we aim to deliver within 2-3 working days.
What happens if the item I wish to buy is out of stock?
If your item is not in stock, we will happily back order for you. The delay to dispatch will generally not be longer than 3 weeks, however there are sometimes exceptions due to unforeseen circumstances. We will always offer you the option to cancel your order and refund your money if you would rather not wait.
Do you only ship outside the UK
Yes, we are happy to ship worldwide, for delivery to countries which are not listed below, please email us at support@beauty-boxes.com for shipping costs specific to your preferred destination.

Can I ship to an address different from my credit/debit card address?
Credit card Payments - For your security, orders will only be sent to the credit/debit card holder's registered address.
PayPal payments – PayPal allows you to choose a different delivery / shipping address to your billing address.
